Celtic fans have been discussing Celtic’s new signing Liam Shaw. Not what the midfielder may or may not bring to the table but does his signing signify Neil Lennon is being allowed to plan for next season.
Some are of the opinion the move for Shaw comes from the scouting department and the 19-year-old will be a welcome edition for a new man in the summer.
However, some fans are concerned Neil Lennon will still be in the hot seat after this season and he’s getting started on a rebuild.
This season has been a bust, however, The majority of Celtic fans have put a large portion of the blame at the manager’s door. We’re not so sure the club shares that belief as they continually bang the drum about the circumstances around this season as the major reason why we have failed to make history.
Celtic are keeping their cards close to their chest so all fans can do is debate and speculate. The latest statement didn’t really tell us anything new and as we head towards the summer, it’s unclear if we buy/renew season tickets, who will be the manager.
Some believe Neil Lennon will get a second shot at things and Liam Shaw signing is a deal the manager wanted.
If we announce that Liam Shaw pre-contract then I’m resigning myself to the idea that Neil Lennon’s here next season.
