Real Betis wanted Celtic for a ‘Green and White Derby’ but when we landed Valencia their social media has branded it the ‘Battle of the Cool Badges’ – doesn’t roll off the tongue but maybe it’ll grow on us.
Like with most clubs today, their social media teams interact when draws happen as well as sharing banter/insults before and after games.
Case and point, Celtic posting a thank you ‘best friend’ message to Rosenborg on Thursday night which certainly captured the imagination of both sets of fans.

Valencia are dropping down from the Champions League and were somewhat unfortunate in a very tough group. The Spanish side managed 8 points in a group which consisted of Manchester United, Juventus and Young boys.
The Club with a bat in their logo currently sit 14th in La Liga but could get back into top six contention if they could put a run together.
The club also spent over £100million transfers this summer.
If it comes down to whose badge is cooler then Valencia have already lost…
