The people in charge of Valencia’s English Social media page have the emotional IQ of a toddler. All week they have been posting random messages to the Celtic support and took the huff when some Celtic fans gave them some banter back.
However, the account had the last laugh last night after Celtic fans unveiled a banner which read ‘Riddle me this, Riddle me that, who’s afraid of the big black bat’; little did Celtic fans know, the players were!
Celtic’s performance was passive and ineffectual on the night, gifting Valencia the victory by asking very few questions of their defenders throughout the 90 minutes,
The Valencia social media account did not miss the opportunity to come back at Celtic fans after the match ‘thanking’ them for a good game.
Thank you Celtic fans for a good match. Looking forward to the second leg.

To be fair to the green brigade, it was a cracking banner and had the players managed to show up on the night it could have been a memorable display.
Celtic now go to the second leg knowing it would take a monumental effort for the bhoys to progress.
It would be nice to progress but I think the triple treble and keeping the 10 in a row alive should be the main priorities. That of course and readying the team for the Champions league next year. Onwards and upwards. Hail Hail!
More chance of Rangers coming out of Liquidation than Celtic going through…Shocking from the players.
