Ange Postecoglou has shown himself to be an exemplary custodian of our football club, upholding the values of Celtic and always on the side of the fans.

On Sunday, at the end of the Livingston game, a young fan ram over to the manager. Fans getting onto the pitch isn’t promoted but when the manager was approached by the supporter and caught by the stewards, the Hoops boss promptly stops them from taking her away and instead talks to the fan before sending her back to the stands.

While that was happening, Anthony Ralston handed another young fan his match worn shirt and took the time to sign it before heading up the Livingston tunnel.

The fans and the players felt a million miles away from each other last season when the pandemic kept supporters away from the ground.

It’s great to see the supporters, the players and fans all on the same page and all in it together.

Ange has cultivated a great atmosphere in the dressing room and on the stands. Long May it continue.

Celtic won 3-1 against Livingston on the day and maintained their three point lead at the top of the SPFL.
