KARAMOKO DEMBELE made his top flight Celtic debut on Sunday and impressed a lot of people. The young winger looked at home as he pressed the Hearts back line and gave them nightmares.

The 16-year-old has only been eligible for the first team and the reserves for a little over three months and he’s already made his Parkhead bow.

The lad may feel the pressure on his shoulders but he isn’t showing it. Perhaps because people at the club are looking after him well and there was a brilliant example of this on Sunday.

The camera’s caught former winger and current Celtic coach Damien Duff give the youngster advice before he heads out to play. The new Celtic backroom staff member looked passionate as he spoke to Dembele who was taking everything in.

Celtic won 2-1 on the day against Hearts with another Lennoxtown graduate Mikey Johnstone getting both goals on the day. There have been calls among the fans for Karamoko to get a Cup final squad place on Saturday but this might be premature.
