Celtic legend Scott Brown renewed old rivalries against The Rangers on Tuesday night but in the red of Aberdeen. In his first post-Celtic encounter against the Ibrox club he got among the goals and helped take two points from them.

This time, he’s got Ryan Kent sent off then waved him off the field much to the delight of Aberdeen and Celtic fans.

Scott is always good for a wind up, especially against the blue half of Glasgow and he’s not only got Kent sent off but he’s helped Aberdeen to a 1-1 draw and Celtic are now just four points behind in the title race.

24 hours after Celtic comfortable beat Hibernian, it’s a massive start to the year for the Hoops and Scott will be getting a few texts from the bhoys tonight.

Celtic will smell blood and know they have a chance now to really put the pressure on the Ibrox club.

Well done Broony.

I live near Aberdeen and I thought I heard a lot of breaking glass earlier on, I just assumed it was someone doing their recycling…apparently it was the sound of the Sevconian bottle smashing reaching all the way from Pittodrie…
