LEIGH GRIFFITHS scored a double against Stenhousemuir on Tuesday evening as he enters the final stage of his fitness regime to get back to the first team.
There was excitement online before the reserve game when Leigh was among the starting XI – a clear indication the striker was on his way back. However, soon after kick off the Celtic twitter feed was buzzing with not one but two quick fire goals from the prolific frontman.
It appears Leigh’s fitness and sharpness is getting back to its best.
Have a look at his brace.

There’s every chance the player will be in the bench for the Livingston game this weekend after scoring in this game. Celtic don’t have a lot of options up front and if Celtic can put the game to bed early, it would give Neil Lennon the opportunity to bring the striker back in for the first time since August.
