ALBIAN AJETI got two goals against Ross County and fans thought the Swiss striker had turned a corner in his Celtic career.

As the bhoys only fit striker, the Swiss frontman has got a solid run in the team and will continue to do so until Kyogo and Giakoumakis get back to full fitness.

His game against Dundee Utd was as poor as his game against Livingston the week prior. Only this week, he missed two guilt-edged chances put on a place by Liel Abada.

The first half miss was unforgivable and compounded a frustrating day for the side.

Check out the miss below.

In the second half, Liel Abada swung the ball in at pace for the striker who completely missed the ball as he went to header the ball into an empty net.

Albian is not the prolific striker we need and is a backup striker at best. It’s very unfortunate a lot rests on his shoulders right now.

We have Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday and we hope he has his shooting boots on.

  1. Ajeti is worse than useless , last 2 games he.s basically kept a youngster out of a place , a real empty Jersey at best , yesterday’s efforts were an absolute disgrace, my granny would’ve put those chances away, yet the manager kept him on for 90 minutes wasting the sterling work of the hard working wingers , surely to god the manager seen how poor his contribution was and wasn’t brave enough to give young Moffat at least 20 minutes, yes ajeti is hopeless but i blame Angie for sitting on his hands , NOT GOOD ENOUGH, overall I don.t see much improvement from lenny.s efforts
