Gordon Strachan has launched a massive defence of the incoming Celtic manager and believes fans should get excited bout Ange Postecoglou.
The wind was taken out the Celtic support’s sales when Eddie Howe pulled out at the eleventh hour and left the club in a hopeless position.
To give Celtic some credit, it appears they acted fast and with some knowledge about Ange and what he might bring to the table.
Chatting to TalkSport, the former Hoops boss said he was delighted Celtic were looking outside the box for their next manager and from what he’s heard, the Celtic hierarchy are high on what Ange can bring to the table.

Gordon is a massive Celtic fan, ever since he left the club. He wasn’t one before he became the manager but his passion for Celtic and the way he talks about the club is brilliant.
He can sometimes ramble and go off topic, as he did in the above interview when discussing Hamilton and Killie.
There is a willingness to give Ange a chance and hopefully Celtic have unearthed a gem.
