NEIL LENNON complimented his rival’s on their defending today but failed to address his teams shortcomings on the day.

The bhoys lacked intensity, imagination and went nowhere in possession.

The Celtic manager pointed out the lack of movement in the final third down to a depleted squad.

Celtic were never in the game, we had one proper chance in the tie and Moi Elyounoussi fluffed it.

Celtic go four points behind in the title race with a game in hand. If they have any desire to make it ten in a row, the squad needs rebooted.

We need to find a system to break down stubborn and well drilled teams – capturing the magic of The invincible season. The champions are not playing like champions.

Neil Lennon’s comments were hopefully just so he wasn’t burying his players in public but behind the scenes, harsh words all around are needed.

  1. The team that scored more goals and conceded none won. Shi7e but a dawning reality, Celtic caught napping ahain. Next league game, go with two or three attackers. Today no supply, no wing play. Usual problem of a goally who can’t trust his own defenders, nor his own judgement. Bad day to be bad. It showed. But COYBIG ?? anyway. Kick on from this result. Don’t look back.
