Celtic took on Blackburn in a pre-season friendly at Celtic Park.
It was the first chance for fans to get back to see the champions play after a summer off. The game was very competitive, Blackburn lucky not to have a man sent off in the game for the amount of fouling.
Ange Postecoglou fielded a strong side from the off but the Hoops went 1-0 down within the first minute. The bhoys recovered the half with goals from Jota and Turnbull.
However, it was an outstanding piece of skill from Jota that would get Celtic fans on their feet and applauding.
The Portuguese winger, who’s just signed a long term deal with Celtic took the opportunity to have a bit of fun with his Blackburn counterpart.

It was one of Jota’s final involvements of the game before coming off. A good outing for the Portuguese star who looks like he’s in the mood to do more damage this season.
Celtic kick off their SPFL campaign st the end of July and so far, pre-season has been pretty much smooth sailing.
