TOM ROGIC had a goal ruled out after just 19 seconds against Vietnam but the Celtic midfielder didn’t let that deter him and he bagged his goal at the end of the first half.
Tom put Australia 2-0 on the night with a very tidy finish.
The Celtic star has been a standout for his country and is a cut above most people on the park.
His resurgence and confidence coincided with his former Socceroos boss Ange Postecoglou taking on the Celtic managerial job back in the summer.

Together, Ange and Tom have helped spark a Celtic revival and have already landed silverware this season.
A happy consequence of the Celtic manager building Tom back up is seeing him do the business for Australia.
Ange is a passionate advocate for Australian football and is flying the flag for Australia at Celtic.
The Bhoys will be without Tom for the games against Dundee Utd and The Rangers. In his absence, Matt O’Riley and Reo Hatate are getting their chance.
The pair played to good effect on Wednesday night as Celtic managed a 2-1 victory against Hearts.
