Celtic got off to the worse possible start today when Hearts opened the scoring after only three minutes. The Edinburgh side has been in serious form in the league the last couple of months so a one-goal lead gave the Bhoys a serious challenge of grabbing all three points today.

For the most part, the Hoops have been off it today. There’s been a lot of sloppy passing and self-inflicted mistakes.

David Turnbull did force a save from Craig Gordon on fifteen minutes but it was straight at the ex-Celtic goalie.

Just before the half-hour mark Cal Mac made one of his bursting runs and squared the ball to Kyogo only for his shot to be parried by Gordon.

McGregor’s run seemed to burst his teammates into life and raise the intensity of everyone as the Bhoys start attacking the Heart’s goal.

On the half-hour mark, Jota set up Maeda to drag the game back to 1-1 with this goal.

Just over five minutes later and that man Kyogo popped up with a header to put the Bhoys 2-1 up, Celtic playing more like champions now and to finish the half off.
