Celtic defender and summer signing Ozase Urhoghide is thought to be a wanted man, with the club having turned down several permanent offers for the 21-year old defender. However, they remain keen to send the former Sheffield Wednesday man out on loan.

According to a report from the Scotsman, Urhoghide is attracting interest from several Scottish Premiership sides as well as some England Championship teams, with the Hoops looking to send the defender on loan for regular game time.

However, the club has also reportedly turned down permanent offers for the right-back, who is also capable of playing at the centre of defence.

Urhoghide has found game time hard to come by since joining the club on a free from the Owls in the summer, making just the one appearance against Real Betis in the Europa League.

So, a loan move seems like the best plan for all involved, in the hope that the youngster can get more regular game time.

It is interesting to hear that other clubs are also keeping an eye on him, so he must be rated by a few.
