KARAMOKO DEMBELE made his debut as a professional Celtic player this afternoon at Rugby Park and looked impressive but it was Armstrong Oko-Flex who again showed his credentials and the reason why he made it into the Celtic squad just over a week ago at the same venue.

The former Arsenal trainee was a thorn in the side of Kilmarnock, especially on the first half when he managed to get into position to head home the only goal of the game.

Oki-Flex was finding space, making great runs and generally being a nuisance. Dembele on the right hand side was also a handful and they were doubling up on the young man from the off.

Even though he was being marked out the game at times, Karamoko managed to make a couple of impressive runs one in which he looked to have scored only for the Kilmarnock goalkeeper to make an outstanding save and parry it onto the crossbar.

Celtic should have put the game to bed in the second half and Kilmarnock started coming back at the bhoys with 20 minutes to go. An outstanding save by Mullen in the last five minutes kept Killie out and the Rugby Park side also struck the bar with minutes to go.
