Celtic are looking to break a Livingston hoodoo today at the Tony Macaroni in the Cinch Premiership.

Celtic have failed to score in both of their league meetings with Livingston so far this season (D1 L1); the last side to keep a clean sheet in three consecutive league matches against Celtic were Livingston themselves from November 2018 to October 2019.

The Bhoys are looking to score their first goal against the hosts this season after two failed attempts already.

The Hoops started strong and captain Callum McGregor should have put the league leaders in front after hitting the post from the penalty spot.

Another glorious chance fell to Cal a minute later but he sent his header over.

Then on the 17th minute, the Celts broke their duck when a saved Starfelt header fell to Maeda for a tap in.

The Hoops have put in one of their better 45 minutes in recent weeks in terms of their attacking play. Celtic lead at the halfway point one-nil.
