Celtic players celebrated their 55th league title in style in the dressing room by spraying champagne, singing songs, and soaking up every moment of glory after a 5-0 demolition of Dundee United at Tannadice this afternoon.
The Hoops turned on the style when it mattered most, producing a ruthless display that left no doubt about their place at the top of Scottish football once again. Celtic opened the scoring when Dundee United’s Ryan Strain put the ball into his own net, before Nicolas Kühn netted a brilliant first-half double to put the game beyond doubt.
Adam Idah, who came on from the bench, then fired in two more after the break to round off a perfect afternoon for Brendan Rodgers’ side.

Inside the dressing room after the final whistle, the brilliant scenes showed just how much this title meant to the players. Bottles of champagne were popped and sprayed across the room, while the squad belted out songs with huge smiles on their faces.
Callum McGregor was at the heart of it all, leading a squad who had worked tirelessly all season to reach this moment.

The celebrations were pure and passionate, a proper reflection of a team that has battled through ups and downs to come out on top yet again.

Brendan Rodgers, who watched from the sidelines at that point, has now delivered his 11th major trophy in his second spell in charge, and he’ll be determined to add one more with the Scottish Cup final against Aberdeen on the horizon.
For now though, it’s all about celebrating a day to remember. Celtic are champions of Scotland once again — and they did it in style.
