Celtic looked like themselves again and the atmosphere played a huge part.
For the second home game since their return, the Green Brigade were back in full voice, and Celtic Park responded.
From the moment the team bus arrived, the tone was set.
Fans answered the call, greeting the players, backing them throughout and creating what many felt was the loudest atmosphere at Parkhead in a long time.
And the players noticed.
At full-time, they made a point of heading over to the section to show their appreciation.

On the pitch, there were signs of familiarity too.
Arne Engels made his second successive start, Daizen Maeda was on the scoresheet again, and Alistair Johnston got valuable minutes as he continues his return, even finishing the game wearing the armband.
It all felt connected again. Supporters are driving the team on and the players were responding in kind.
And at this stage of the season, that connection could make all the difference.
That’s the first game of the split over. Four more remain for the Hoops, two at home and two away.
They know that they need to pick up maximum points if they want to win the league, let’s hope they do.
