Dare we say it’s been a good week for Celtic? With just half an hour played against Czech side Jablonec in the Europa League third qualifying round.
Celtic got two early goals to settle some nerves. A 2-0 lead inside the first 15 minutes away in Europe is not something Celtic fans are used to and it wasn’t long before the home side pulled one back for a bit more familiarity.
New signing, Liel Abada has impressed in Europe so far this season and it was the Israeli who put the Hoops 0-1 up in the opening minutes.

A lot of fans wanted Edouard dropped from the team after a string of poor performances. And another new Bhoy Furuhashi wasn’t long about giving the Celts a 0-2 cushion.

Celtic look they can add more goals and bringing a lead back to a sold-out Celtic Park next week would be an ideal lift for the whole club.
