Harry Kewell joined Celtic as a first team coach back last summer. Along side fellow countryman Ange Postecoglou, the Australian has ensured the Hoops have carried on their domestic dominance from last season into this one.
In his playing days, Kewell turned out for a number of clubs including Leeds United, Galatasary and Melbourne although it was in his Liverpool days where he’s drawn parallels to his time at Celtic so far.
The two historic clubs share an iconic anthem in You’ll Never Walk Alone and Kewell outlined how intimidating it can be for opposition players when they hear 60,000 passionate fans singing it pre game when chatting to Graham Hunter:

Especially on European nights and derby games, You’ll Never Walk Alone hits different. One must wonder what goes through the heads of opposing players when they are standing in the tunnel prior to kick off at Celtic Park and can hear a full stadium singing their hearts out. Kewell clearly recognises this, as will a number of other coaches and players within the Celtic camp.
