Celtic goalkeeper Joe Hart has bid goodbye to Celtic fans for the final time as a player at Celtic Park, with the English goalkeeper substituted in the 88th minute to a standing ovation from the Celtic Park crowd.
With reserve goalkeeper Scott Bain replacing Hart, Brendan Rodgers had clearly pre-organised the substitution to give Hart the moment to receive ovation from the crowd

Hart will play one more game before his retirement against Rangers in the Scottish Cup final at Hampden next Saturday.
But today will go down as one of the best of Hart’s career, in an emotional day with the Green Brigade even paying tribute to the Englishman, in a day to remember for all across the world.
Hart has been an incredible servant to the club, winning three league titles, two league cups, and one Scottish Cup, with the chance to add another Scottish Cup next weekend.
