JOSIP JURANOVIC has pulled his Union Berlin side level in the Europa League with a stunning free kick.
The former Celtic right-back stood over the ball on the edge of the area; with Union St Gillosie 1-0 up, the pressure was on the player to hit the back of the net. He remained cool and struck it up and over the wall, curling into the top corner. It was a magnificent hit from Juranovic.

Juranovic has started further forward than many are used to seeing him, playing in a wide midfield position. He’s had a great first half, and hasn’t shied away from the ball, creating three chances for his side as they trailed at home.
He’s had a great start to life in Germany, as his rise continues. The Croatian has quite quickly become a very important player for the side.
