MIKEY JOHNSTON has definitely won understatement of the week when he claimed his 25 yard effort which pulled Celtic level with Sarajevo was ‘alright’.
Speaking after the game which Celtic comfortably won 3-1 in the end, Mikey was happy with his exploits for the night and certainly justified Neil Lennon’s decision to start him in Bosnia.

Johnston knows he has good backing with Neil Lennon and looks to be playing with confidence and long may it continue.
There is a lot of competition for places in the side and you just have to look at Lewis Morgan coming on and assisting in the third to know everyone has to be at the top of their game to keep their place in the side.
It’s Rennes at home in a Friendly for Celtic first before the return leg at Paradise on Wednesday. Hopefully, the home tie is just a formality.
