Celtic are looking to move 10 points clear of the Rangers with a victory over Kilmarnock today.

The Ibrox team face a tricky trip to second-placed St Mirren tomorrow afternoon as they look to bounce back from Thursday’s humiliating Europa League defeat to Aris Limassol.

The Celts are looking to pile the pressure on the crisis-hit club by racking up another Premiership victory at Parkhead this afternoon and it is so far so good after this wonderful solo effort from Reo Hatate.

Brendan Rodgers’ side are also on a revenge mission against Killie, who sent them tumbling out of the Viaplay Cup back in August. However, the men from Ayrshire have yet to achieve a single win since that day at Rugby Park, drawing three and losing three. Just as we are reporting on this goal Palma has hit a second for Celtic to make it 2-0.

A victory today continues Celtic’s impressive home record against Kilmarnock. In their last 81 home games against the visitors in all competitions, they have only faced one defeat, which was a 0-2 loss in October 2012.
