BRENDAN RODGERS has today put some Celtic fans minds at ease by telling them Celtic are not interested in selling Moussa.

This comes after the Irishman’s comments last week when he wasn’t sure where the players head was at and kept Moussa on the bench for the Brechin and Thistle game since the winter break.

There seems to be more clarity from the Celtic manager about the situation and he may have well spoken to both the board and Moussa about the situation in recent days.

The manager said “He’s fully committed to Celtic, and has never once asked to leave. We have no interest in selling him. We’ve had one bid for him that is nowhere near our valuation.”

This paves the way for Brendan Rodgers to reintroduce him to the Celtic starting XI. We have an article going up later about the possibility of Leigh and Moussa playing up-front together.

  1. Some apologies should be directed towards Chris Sutton who was saying this days ago . Perhaps the first one should be from James Forrest. !!

  2. All this transfer talk with Dembele is getting boring now although I feel he has to step up and start performing which definitely hasn’t been the case since he came back. Wouldn’t have a problem with him going in the Summer but needs to put himself back in the shop window and get the money for him.

  3. Brendan you nailed it! But wish the puntero’s would back off your team selection. Why would you risk him in wee diddy games. He’s here to make a difference in the crucial ties. Have total trust in BR.
