Brendan Rodgers spoke to Celtic TV after watching his side put seven past Shamrock Rovers in their final preseason friendly before heading out to Armenia to begin their Champions League adventure.
The Irishman picked what he believed to be his strongest side to start the game – surprising many by again going with Edouard and Dembele in attack.
Lewis Morgan and Scott Sinclair certainly made an impression and will be in the managers thoughts before Tuesday.
Rodgers hailed a perfect performance but admitted the side need more work to get used the new shape he’s asking them to play.
