We posted out our starting XI prediction on our social media feeds today, taking a guess at how Neil Lennon will line up against Sparta Prague on Thursday.

We have a couple of changes from the weekend:

  • Frimpong > Elhamed
  • Rogic > Ntcham

Elhamed to come in if he’s fit enough to give Frimpong a break and possibly allow the speedy full-back to come on later to run against tired legs.

Ntcham to come back in because Neil Lennon seems to trust Oli on European nights and he’s wary of overplaying Rogic and harming the Australian’s ankle.

After putting the team to our 100,000+ followers, there was a common theme; many were not happy with Ntcham’s inclusion.

The comments about Oli have got louder over the past few weeks, which is crazy when he probably had one of his best games for Celtic this season against Lille, especially in the first half.

Rogic not playing two or three times a week to keep him fit and fresh is a necessary exercise in pragmatism by the manager.

  1. Ntcham is rotten, and has been for over a year.

His goal v Lazio a mere glimmer of light in what has become a dark, dreary , dank, dull and drab symphony of lazy, lazy misery.

Rogic with a walking stick is a better option that this charlatan who seems to have downed all tools since his move to Portugal fizzled out. Much like his play and reputation.

    Get him to fu ck
