The Celtic team has disbanded for the summer and they’ve all gone their separate ways to enjoy some well earned time away.

Ange Postecoglou will also enjoying some time off but a he’s told Celtsarehere before, he never really switches off from being a manager and will already be planning next season.

With that in mind, we know Tom Rogic and Nir Bitton won’t be returning to Lennoxtown when the bhoys regroup at the end of June, but there’s been no announcement on the future of Karamoko Dembele.

The youngster is out of contract this summer and as far as we’re aware, there’s been no real talks or a willingness for a deal to happen.

Is it now safe to assume Karamoko will NOT be back at Celtic next season?

Timing can be everything in football, and under Neil Lennon during a stressful ten in a row season, Karamoko regressed due to no real football being played. CeltsAreHere also understands that during that time the winger refused to head out on loan to a lower league Scottish side.

Under Ange, Karamoko has been involved with the first team and has got a little bit of game time but nothing to write home about.

If the youngster is to reach his early potential, and right now that’s all he possesses, potential. He’ll most likely be doing it away from Glasgow.

We’re wondering if Celtic will even acknowledge Karamoko leaving or if they’ll leave it to the media to give Hoops fans a heads up.
