Some Celtic fans think that winger target Kristijan Lovric looks to have hinted towards a possible move to Celtic.

In this day and age, social media is a massive factor in football and fans keep a close eye on clubs and players’ movements.

Twitter account @aboutceltic spotted that the 25-year, who has been mentioned as a possible summer target for the Hoops, liked the club’s most recent post about our tie in the 3rd round of Europa League qualifying.

Some will suggest it is a bit far fetched and probably rightly so at this stage.

But there is a chance it could hint towards some sort of link between the Croatian and the Hoops with his recent actions on Instagram, also following the club on the social media app.

Ange Postecoglou requires reinforcements all over the pitch, so another attacking option on the left-hand side will likely be welcomed by the former Socceroos manager.

One thing that the 55-year old has been left frustrated about, though, is the timing of transfers.

So if there is a possible chance that Lovric could become a Celtic player, fingers crossed it is sooner, rather than later.

  1. Celtic should look at player N Atkinson a right full back plays for Melbourne City. 24 yrs of age strong & fast bit raw but bags of potential, great athlete gets forward heaps. Wouldnt cost anything like amount being touted for other fullbacks. Ange should know him being an Aussie & his home club is linked with Man. City group so there should be some contacts there. Cant be any worse than we have signed in last 3 years. Best player in recent Australian domestic final.

  2. Kristijan Lovric is one that we should put the money down on,forget media paper and those so called Scottish super stars trying to pick who Celtic should buy, look the players that come will be the players Celtic wanted if any one thinks that our new manager is only here on holiday will be in for a huge wake up call, next week will be a huge week for new players coming and going we may see more than 3 new faces come in and the show will begin…
