Ange laughed off suggestions Celtic’s goal was offside and that the referee had any positive affect on Celtic on the night.

Robbie Neilson’s paranoid garbage at full time keeping his supporters on side on the night but in truth, Hearts offered very little in the way of an attacking threat and were lucky not to be beaten by more.

As quoted by SunSport, the manager said:

“It’s a goal mate. I’ll let it go as I’ll let our performance speak for itself and if people think that the referee decided this game then that’s their analysis.

On the injury front, Ange was keeping his cards close to his chest and admitted he will have to hold his breath for Jota, Ralston and Welsh who all went off injured during the 1-0 win against Hearts.

“Yeah we’ll see how they are but hopefully will be fine. I got a roundup from the medical staff and Tony (Ralston) said he felt something on his ankle and it was disappointing as he’s been outstanding for us.

‘With the others [Welsh and Jota] we’re not really sure, we’re going to have to just wait and see.”

Celtic fans will be holding their breath Jota makes the game on Sunday, the winger pulled up holding his hamstring. He’s played a lot of games lately and it could be his body reacting to a lot of football in a short space of time.

The Portuguese star has been a revelation for the bhoys and if he’s out for any period of time it will really hurt our title tilt in the next few games.

Celtic got there in the end tonight, in spite of Bobby Madden.
