CELTIC’S Europa League opponents have been hit with some fresh turmoil after a disgruntled went public with his unhappiness.

Christian Noboa has voiced his displeasure at Roberto Mancini as he languishes in the reserves.

The player, who only joined Zenit in the summer has become marginalised and frustrated with life at the club and now his displeasure has spilt into the clubs Europa League preparation.

Noboa said: “It’s very simple. I want to play for Zenit, but I don’t get to play.

“I have spoken to the president of the club. If Zenit want me to stay, I will stay, but if I am not playing I want to leave as soon as possible.

“Therefore, I would like to change this situation.

“I have raised the issue with Roberto Mancini several times. The best option for me is to leave the club.

“I didn’t think I would come here and sit in the reserves. I honestly don’t understand what happened.

“For me, it’s been strange, incomprehensible and does not fit in my head.”

Zenit are currently in Turkey as they look to be match fit for their tie at Celtic Park in under two weeks.
