Celtic’s squad for the returning Tennent’s Sixes is beginning to take shape, with six former Hoops now confirmed for next month’s tournament.
They join Charlie Mulgrew, Barry John Corr, Simon Donnelly and Jonny Hayes, who had already been announced as part of the Celtic squad.
Ledley will be one of the biggest names involved.
The Welsh midfielder made 157 appearances for Celtic between 2010 and 2014, scoring 30 goals and winning three league titles.
One of his most memorable moments came against Rangers in December 2011, when his header at Celtic Park secured a 1-0 win and moved Neil Lennon’s side top of the league.
Riordan will also pull on Celtic colours again.
The former Hibernian forward made 33 appearances and scored eight goals during his spell at Parkhead between 2006 and 2008.

Mulgrew is another familiar name from a successful Celtic period, while Hayes has remained a popular figure with supporters since leaving the club.
Donnelly gives the squad a link to the 1990s, and former goalkeeper Corr also returns to represent the club.
Corr came through Celtic’s youth system and made one senior appearance for the first team.
The revived Tennent’s Sixes has the official backing of the SPFL and will feature teams representing all 12 Premiership clubs.
Celtic have been drawn in Group C alongside Rangers, Kilmarnock and St Mirren.
That means the Hoops will face Rangers during the group stage as the famous indoor competition returns for the first time in decades.
Celtic also have history in the tournament, having lifted the trophy in 1992.
The original Sixes ran from 1984 until 1993 and became a memorable part of the Scottish football calendar during that period.
With Ledley and Riordan now joining Mulgrew, Corr, Donnelly and Hayes, Celtic have six players confirmed so far.
More names are expected to be announced before the tournament gets underway at Braehead next month.
