Yang Hyun-jun has been named in the SPFL Team of the Week after his terrific performance in Celtic’s 2-1 win over St Mirren.
The South Korean winger produced another impressive display in Paisley before sealing all three points for Martin O’Neill’s side with a brilliant late winner.

Yang will now miss Celtic’s next four games while he represents South Korea at the Asian Games – and on this evidence, the Hoops will certainly miss him.
The 23-year-old opened his Celtic account in Wednesday night’s victory over Aberdeen before following that up with another goal against St Mirren.
He now has two goals and an assist in seven appearances this season, having really stepped up his performances in recent months.
Against St Mirren, Yang was a constant threat and caused the home side’s full-backs plenty of problems with his pace, direct running and willingness to take players on.
He also led the match for shots and touches in the opposition box, showing just how influential he was in the final third.
His reward is a place in the SPFL’s latest Team of the Week.
The timing of his international absence is unfortunate for Celtic, with a difficult run of fixtures immediately ahead.
The Hoops travel to St Johnstone on Wednesday before facing Rangers in the League Cup quarter-final at Ibrox.
That is followed by a Europa League clash with Ferencváros at Celtic Park before another home league derby.
It is a demanding run of fixtures and O’Neill will have to find a way to replace one of his most in-form attacking players.
Yang’s recent performances suggest Celtic have found another level from the winger – and his absence could be felt over the next few weeks.
