IT has been no secret that Brendan Rodgers is keen on Chelsea’s Charly Musonda.
The Belgian attacking midfielder has been high on the Irishman’s list for some time now with Chelsea unsure of where his immediate future lies.
It’s thought that Brendan is using his contacts to try and make things happen after only admitting he’ll only add to his squad if the player available is ‘quality’.
With that in mind, freelance sports reporter, Simon Phillips took to social media earlier this month to describe the Celtic target in the most glowing of terms.
Charly Musonda is one of those rare players with special ability, has the ‘X-Factor’ if you like. Something that can’t be taught. A defenders nightmare. Game changer.
Absolutely crucial that we do the right thing by him now.

Charly looks to be heading out of Chelsea this month and Celtic are just a number of options for the Belgian.
Away from Charly Musonda, Brendan Rodgers has quashed any rumours he is ready to sign Duško Tošić.
