The 24yo, who was signed by Ange last year, has been in red-hot form form for #FMarinos this #J1League season.#Celtic pic.twitter.com/xBTqQL6r44
Maeda fits right into the manager’s philosophy and ethos as a high intensity player who is currently scoring a lot of goals in the J-League.
There’s every chance Ange goes back to the Japanese market in January but as he said, it’s not the only place he’s looking.
Celtic will need reinforcements in January as they look to move on to phase two of this rebuild.
The signs have been very good as of late, three wins on the bounce after welcoming Callum McGregor and Kyogo back into the team is no coincidence.
If the team can keep in touch at the top and make some positive January moves, who knows where we’ll be in May.
