CELTIC have announced that tickets for the home match against St Johnstone have sold out.

Hopefully, the fans will get behind the team and create a good atmosphere.

The hoops welcome the Perthshire side on the 9th of April, and it will be that last home game before the split commences.

With eight games left of the season, every game is like a cup final. Only three points separate first and second; however, the goal difference is on Celtic’s side.

The announcement comes shortly after Celtic revealed that the Ross County match had sold out.

Celtic have played St Johnstone twice in the league this season, putting five past Callum Davidson’s side. Of course, Celtic also overcame the Saints in the League Cup semi-final, when a second-half James Forrest goal secured the hoops a place in the final.

St Johnstone currently faces a potential relegation battle, sitting just 1 point above the bottom of the league, Dundee. This means that the side may have to play for the point at Celtic Park, especially if Dundee get a few results.
