Celtic announced this morning that a select Celtic squad would take on St Gallen under 21 side behind closed doors at 10am this morning in an impromptu match.
Celtic players are still looking to get minutes and fixtures and Neil Lennon and his team have found a practical way to get as many players getting 90 minutes before next weeks Champions League qualifiers.
Celtic have confirmed the squad for the friendly encounter with another Celtic side set to take on the first team later on this evening.
This, for the most part looks like a second string XI, meaning the players who take to the field this evening are more likely to start the Sarajevo game in Bosnia.
One thing that looks certain now is a Christopher Jullien debut later on today.
All the bhoys will be out to impress against the under 21 side in the hope of making their way into Neil Lennon’s plans next week and beyond.
