Celtic landed a final pay day in the Europa League on Thursday night when a young and inexperienced team managed to beat Real Betis in the Europa League.

It means the club have landed another €630k before bowing out of the competition.

The bhoys have racked up three wins in the group stages so – picking up €1.89m in the process.

Celtic also already pocketed €3.63m for qualifying for the completion.

Money is tight in football at the moment, the win last night gives Celtic a small financial boost heading into the January window.

The bhoys are dropping like flies again and we really need reinforcements.

There’s a chance Celtic have no fit strikers between now and the winter break. Something that could irreparably harm our season.

Celtic fans are holding their breath and hoping Kyogo’s injury isn’t as bad as first feared.

The Japanese striker pulled up during the win against Real Betis and had to be subbed off in the second half.

  1. I like to look at the positives and that being the defence
is growing stronger and Celtic have conceded fewer goals
than any other club in the SPFL.
Also, we have goal scorers all over the park.
The treble is on and Celtic are the only team capable of winning it.
