The midfielder who joined up with Deila’s bhoys half way through last season looks raring to go for his first pre-season at Celtic.
GMS who came in with his close friend Stuart Armstrong from Dundee Utd made a big impact since making the move from Tannadice in January. They now look to build on that and make their first full season a memorable one.
Celtic’s pre-season programme sees them play 3 games in 10 days at St Mirren Park while Celtic Park undergoes some routine maintenance. GMS will be among the players involved in these matches, hoping to gain match sharpness as the first Champions League qualifiers loom.
