It has been no secret that Celtic scouts have been looking at potential signings in Portugal as of late.
However, according to the Portuguese press there is one player in particular that the club are looking at.
As Brendan Rodgers looks to shape his own team there is no time for the scouting system to rest and it looks like they have their sights on defender Victor Lindelöf.
The 22-year-old Swede has been attracting attention from various quarters as he looks to establish himself in the Benfica team.
The big defender played 25 times for Benfica last season and recently played against Holland for his country in a World Cup qualifier.
He would certainly fit the dominating centre back mold that Rodgers is after.
There is still a long way to go however until the window opens again.
