Celtic fans have been treated to the Latest Adidas/Celtic kit drop on Friday morning. The kit is a cracker as the bhoys dip into the 90s for inspiration.
Many supporters were left a little disappointed that Jota or CCV weren’t in promotional stuff. Some fans were hoping it would be a neat way to unveil on of the bhoys if they had signed a permanent deal. However, all the images Celtic sent us over have current players with no sign of either.
However, Celtic fans think they’ve spotted something telling on the Celtic website. If you go to buy the new shirt and ask for a player issue name and number – both Jota and Celtic are available.
Having worked on the back end of sites in a past life. I have to say – this doesn’t look like any sort of sign. It could be the old page template being replicated with the new gear and they’ve simply not taken some of the players off at the moment.
I wouldn’t be getting either on my jersey until it’s official!
