CELTIC are now the most in-form side in Europe after racking up another win on Friday against Partick Thistle. The stats based on every club in Europe’s top flight domestic leagues form over the past six games sees Celtic rise to the top with 18/18 points won and a goal difference of plus thirteen.

The team drop down to second far as domestic winning streaks go with nine domestic wins on the bounce. Only behind Ludogrets who have thirteen wins in a row in their domestic league.

However, Celtic bounce back to the top of the stats on performance on average points and goals earned this season with an average of 3.1 goals per game with only 0.9 goals conceded per game earning an average point tally of 2.9 points per game.

Some may scoff at stats like this, but the numbers help back up the narrative that Rodgers continues to improve his Celtic side. Celtic will continue to figure at the top of these charts the more they gel under the Irishman and hopefully, our European stats will improve season upon season.
