Celtic entered the semi-final draw tonight for the BetFred Cup in emphatic style as they slaughtered Partick Thistle at Paradise 5-0. Goals from Bayo, Rogic, Ntcham (2) and out of favour Scott Sinclair seen the Bhoys stroll into tonight’s game.

Even though the draw for the semi-final has been completed some games have not finished from tonight with results as follows:

Celtic 5 Partick 0
Hearts 2 Aberdeen 2 (After regular time)
Kilmarnock 0 Hibs 0 (After regular time)
Livingston 0 Rangers 1

Celtic have famously won the Betfred Cup for the past three seasons in a row which was part of their never done before, Treble Treble. Celtic have won the competition eighteen times and if they are to get number nineteen and be in the hunt for another treble they will need to get past Hibs first after they knocked out Kilmarnock on penalties.

Celtic will play in a dress rehearsal on Saturday as the Hoops travel to Eater Road to take on Hibs in the SPFL. Rangers will square off against Hearts after they eventually beat Aberdeen on Penalities.
