SCOTT BROWN was presented with a special plaque from his former club Hibernian top mark his final game for the Hoops, 14 years after leaving the Easter Road side for Celtic.

A classy touch by the home side as David Gray presents the plaque to the outgoing Celtic captain.

Brown is on his way to Aberdeen this summer to take a player/coach role under new Dons boss Stephen Glass.

During Scott’s time at the club, he won 22 trophies and four consecutive trebles.

He leaves the club an absolute legend.

Celtic’s first game of next season will be in late July, when the club will truly begin the post-Broony era.

By that time we expect many new faces in the door as well as old faces heading in the other direction.

Celtic could be unrecognisable by August and when we see Broony again, he’ll be up against Celtic in the red of Aberdeen.
