It has been confirmed this afternoon that Celtic and their fellow Scottish Premiership sides will vote for the potential implementation of VAR.

Over the last few months, it has been a much-discussed topic point by many club officials, pundits and fans across Scottish Football.
But clubs will now be given the chance to vote on whether the Video Assistant Referee system will be introduced into Scottish Football, with the vote taking place on April the 19th.
The SPFL released a statement this afternoon confirming the details surrounding the introduction of VAR, which would require clubs from all four divisions in Scotland to vote in a majority of 75% in each league.
If the resolution was to be passed, VAR would then be introduced to the cinch Premiership following the conclusion of the 2022 Qatar World Cup in December.
Of course, there are still a number of questions regarding this vote, including the reasoning for waiting until half way through the season for the system to be implemented.
I am sure it will become clearer with time, though, as clubs prepare to give their verdict on the 19th of this month.
