Forgotten Celtic left-back Andrew Gutman appears to be on the move once again to MLS side Atlanta United.
Confirmed on Atlanta United’s Twitter account, they announced last night that Gutman was the player they choose first in the confusing draft system, which suggests that the 22-year old will be on the move.

The draft in America is a chance for teams in the League to sign up out of contract players in a system which sees the team that pays the most money picking first. Atlanta – who have an affiliation with fellow Scottish Premiership side Aberdeen – paid $75,000 in order to secure the first pick, and choose the left-back.
At the moment, it is a very confusing situation with no official confirmation from the Scottish Champions, who have Gutman signed up on a deal which runs until 2022.
Over the last few years, he has spent his time out on loan at FC Cincinnati, having failed to gain a work permit to play in Scotland.
It really was a strange signing and continues to grow even more confusing with this situation as we await confirmation from the club of the deal.
