CHRIS SUTTON believes one Celt deserves to come back in from the cold after nearly inspiring a comeback against AC Milan on Thursday night.

Tom Rogic has not been a Neil Lennon favourite, having played so much under Rodgers, the Celtic manager has used Tom sparingly but he has been out injured too.

Lenny he preferred Christie in the advanced midfielder position leaving Rogic on the bench.

After coming on during the second half in the Europa League defeat to Milan, Rogic looked like his old self and was finding space and passes to keep Celtic pressing.

Considering the midfielder has done the business against the Dons in the past; giving him 60 minutes to try and show he’s back to his best and able create opening for a team devoid of creativity.

“If I were Neil, I’d be starting him [Rogic] at Aberdeen tomorrow. He’s got the ability to carve Aberdeen apart. Even if you can only get an hour of him, he could have won you the game by then with some magic. There are occasions when it just needs some finesse. For someone to relax in a deadly area and Rogic does just that” Sutton wrote in his Record column.

Celtic know the pressure is on. A win against Aberdeen will send a message that they’re not going to relinquish control and will continue to push forward.

Given all the hysteria, if Celtic win their game in hand, they’d only be a point behind their ‘high flying’ rivals.
