Speculation surrounding Josip Juranovic’s future at Union Berlin has arisen, despite him completing the move from Celtic to the Bundesliga club in January of this year.

German outlet Kicker reports the Croatian national player suggest that Juranovic is not entirely pleased with his playing time. While the talented right-back has showcased his skills on multiple occasions, rotation with fellow right-back Christopher Trimmel has limited his minutes on the pitch.

However, it’s worth noting that Juranovic, despite the playing time concerns, feels very much at home in Berlin. He has expressed his comfort and affinity with Union, making any immediate departure in this transfer window seem unlikely. Partnered with the fact he’s not long transferred to the club.

Yet, the allure of the Premier League is hard to ignore. Clubs from England’s top tier, including Fulham, have reportedly shown interest in the 28-year-old. The Premier League could be an enticing prospect for any player.

It will be interesting to see if the Premier League’s allure proves too tempting to resist if a bid does reach Berlin for the former Celt.
