KARAMOKO DEMBELE has held talks with Ivory Coast about representing the African country going forward.

Currently, the winger represents England, having represented Scotland’s youth teams in the past. However, the young lions have not called up the winger for over a year now.

Ivory Coast travels to Wembley on Tuesday night. Ahead of the match, the Telegraph reports that Patrice Beaumelle is keen to get the Celtic winger to represent Les Elephants.

The winger’s future is still up in the air. However, it’s unlikely he will extend his career at Celtic. CeltsAreHere have learned he hasn’t impressed the club with his attitude.

Although, it’s thought Postecoglou remains an admirer of the player, previously revealing he was looking forward to working with the player.

His injury hasn’t helped his cause this season. Appearing from off the bench and still waiting for a start.

The wantaway has played with the B side for the last few matches.

The Celtic manager won’t field the player if he doesn’t want to be at the club, and going by the evidence presented to us, he already has one foot out the door.

  1. If he won’t commit to the team, then he won’t play for the team. it’s a sad situation as the wee man does have talent.
