TODAY, Celtic B were in action as they faced Queens Park in the Glasgow Cup.

Heading into the match, the big news was that Celtic starlet Karamoko Dembele was named in the starting eleven. After appearing on the bench a couple of times for Celtic over the past few weeks, the winger got on the scoresheet for the young hoops. After scoring from twelve yards, he pulled the side back into the match after he was fouled in the box.

After an early start with Dawson scoring in the first minute, the Bhoys found themselves 3-1 down. After Karamoko’s penalty and Letsosa’s last-minute wonder-strike, the game finished 3-3.

On his 19th birthday, Karamoko shone throughout the game, creating many chances. Ben Doak also made an appearance from the bench.

Celtic has a few highly talented teenagers going toe-to-toe with a side a couple of divisions higher than the Lowland League. The young bhoys can leave with their heads held high, drawing with a League 1 side.
